Job Title: Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Create and manage sales and purchase invoices as per company policies.
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including voucher entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Support in preparation and filing of TDS and other tax-related documents.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation related to accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.




Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary financial data.
Perform any other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and other ERP/accounting software.
Basic understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.
Robust MS Excel and data entry skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Freshers with internship experience or up to 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome.
