Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with 15–18 years of exclusive experience in Detailed Design Engineering for multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Electrical MEP Detailed Design and should have led design teams for large-scale projects.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in detailed engineering and design development only.

Candidates with predominantly execution, installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, or design review experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Electrical MEP Detailed Design team for multidisciplinary projects.
Prepare and review detailed electrical engineering designs in accordance with applicable national and international standards.
Develop complete detailed engineering deliverables including:
Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
Power Distribution System Design




Lighting Layouts & Calculations
Earthing & Lightning Protection System
Cable Routing & Cable Schedule
Load Calculations
Panel Schedules
Electrical Room Layouts
Equipment Layouts
BOQ/BOM
Technical Specifications
Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other engineering disciplines.
Ensure timely delivery of design packages while maintaining quality and compliance.
Guide and mentor Electrical Design Engineers and CAD/BIM teams.
Participate in multidisciplinary design coordination meetings.
Optimize designs considering safety, constructability, cost, and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, IEC, IEEE, NEC (where applicable), and other relevant standards.
