HIRING FOR STORE MANAGERStore Manager Dabur India Limited Job DescriptionA Store Manager at is responsible for managing warehouse and store operations, inventory control, material handling, and dispatch activities in manufacturing or supply chain departments.Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
Follow FIFO/LIFO inventory systems to reduce damage and expiry.
Handle GRN, MRN, stock registers, and ERP entries.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams.
Supervise loading/unloading and warehouse staff.
Ensure proper storage, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Conduct stock audits and reconciliation activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Required Skills




Inventory and warehouse management
ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge
Leadership and team handling
Communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
Problem-solving and organizational abilities

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Diploma/Certification in Material Management preferred

Experience
Usually 38 years in FMCG, Pharma, or Warehouse operations preferred.

Salary Range
Approx. 25,000 60,000 per month depending on experience and location.
