Key Responsibilities:
Define problems, propose, and refine solutions in client engagements.
Develop, configure, and deploy solutions using CSGi SingleView billing application.
Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and best practices.
Contribute to proposal development and client training sessions.
Assist in internal capability-building initiatives.
Ensure project scope is well-detailed and aligned with client objectives.
Technical Skills:
CSGi SingleView billing application expertise
Configuration and development using EPM (proprietary language for SingleView)
PERL programming skills
Oracle SQL and DML knowledge
Knowledge of Webservices and REST API (preferred)
Unix shell scripting (preferred)
