Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding of current partners and finalize program-related details.
Manage the complete admissions cycle: fee structure setup, NPF configuration, document verification, and enrolment tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams including Admissions, CRM, and Academic Affairs to streamline processes.
Oversee student onboarding activities, orientation planning, and OJT agreement execution.
Engage with partners through regular updates, orientations, and timely grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, data protection laws, and institutional policies.
Maintain and update MIS dashboards, perform fee reconciliations, and generate periodic reports for leadership and external partners.
