Define and execute the Veeva practice strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Veeva solutions across Veeva Commercial Cloud, Veeva Medical Cloud, and Veeva Development Cloud.
Act as a strategic advisor for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients, recommending tailored Veeva solutions.
Identify and develop current business opportunities, contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of Veeva consultants, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Veeva representatives, technology partners, and business leaders to stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, EMA) and best practices in data integrity, validation, and security.
Develop standardized methodologies, templates, playbooks, and accelerators for Veeva implementations.
Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics to enhance Veeva platform capabilities.

Desired Profile:
10+ years of experience in Life Sciences,



Pharma Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, or R&D; with expertise in Veeva solutions.
Solid knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud, Veeva Medical Cloud, and Veeva Development Cloud.
Proven experience in managing large-scale implementations, migrations, and integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, IDMP, GDPR).
Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for Veeva services.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with CXOs and technical teams.
Robust leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML applications in Pharma, and Data Analytics is a plus.
Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault Administrator, Veeva CRM, Veeva Business Consultant) are highly preferred.
