Staff Supervision : Manage warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and reviews.
Safety and Compliance : Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to safety requirements and corporate rules.
Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operating well.
Space optimisation : It entails optimising the organisation of warehouses and space utilisation for maximum efficiency.
Quality Control : Use quality control procedures to reduce item errors and damage.




The warehouse safety supervisor is in the next warehouse job role, which will ensure the safety of all employees, even if it means taking a more hands-on approach than other supervisors.
