We are hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Private Client Practice (PCP) for one of our clients, a leading Top law firm. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in private client practice, succession and estate planning, trusts, wills, family settlements, private wealth structuring, and direct tax matters. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in private client advisory, wealth structuring, and succession planning, along with the ability to independently manage matters and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Advise HNIs, family offices and promoter families on succession and estate planning
• Lead drafting and structuring of wills, trusts, family settlements and family constitutions
• Advise on private wealth structuring and asset protection
• Advise on direct tax implications relating to private wealth, succession, trusts and estate planning
• Handle family arrangements, separations and wealth structuring




• Assist with establishment and administration of private trusts and family offices
• Advise on cross-border private client and wealth structuring matters

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in Private Client Practice and M&A; or Direct Tax
• Robust exposure to succession planning, trusts, wills, estates and family settlements
• Experience in private wealth structuring and asset protection
• Solid drafting, advisory and client management skills
