Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager -RT for a reputed FMCG MNC Company in the Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising subordinates of sales executives, administrators, sales representatives and sales promotor ladies.
Visiting the customers such as retailers, hotels and institutions.
Making valuable communication and negotiation with these customers.
Developing customers in the designated area.
Getting and placing an order (Get a PO from the organized retailers).
Collecting the payments.
Doing a proper merchandising work at stores.
Placing and maintaining a visi cooler provided by Yakult.
Supervising the sales promotors to motivate them and increase the sales.
Forecasting the sale volume and achieving the sales target.
Making a daily sales report and keeping a log to report the sales manager.
Working cooperatively with and supporting a designated sales representative.
Analyzing of Sales performance and solving the problems.
Also, sales executive is required to do the following jobs if necessary.




Loading and unloading the products.
Caring the chilled van.
Delivering the stock to the customers by the chilled van.
Valuable communication skills are required to develop and maintain the market and his bosses.
Handle sales cash as well as petty cash.

Work Experience: 3 to 4 years sales experience (FMCG is preferable & Team Handling Experience).

Age: Up to 35 Years

Candidates Profile:
2-wheeler license is necessary and 4-wheeler license is most favorable.
Should have good communication skills, comfortable to work with team, punctual, polite to others, responsible and sincere towards his/her job.
PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
Local candidate.
Languages known: English, Hindi & Local Language.
Excellent negotiation skill is must.
Male candidate with pleasant personality, valuable communication skills, and computer knowledge and local market knowledge.
