Job Description: Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the Windows, Bathroom Fittings, Blinds, Curtains, Facades, or related building materials/interior products industry. The role involves developing new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Coordinate with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Follow up on enquiries, payments, and project execution.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Windows, Bathroom Fittings, Blinds, Curtains, Facades, Building Materials, or Interior Products.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the construction, architecture, and interior design industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
