Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management
Manage the entire admissions cycle from lead generation to final enrolment.
Conduct follow-ups and engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person counselling.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Career Counselling
Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student interests, goals, and academic strengths.
Recommend suitable educational paths based on career aspirations and industry trends.
Stay informed about industry updates, evolving course structures, and employability requirements.

Marketing Outreach
Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns for HHM programs across digital and offline platforms.
Organize outreach initiatives such as seminars, webinars, workshops, and open houses.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centres for promotional activities.
Represent the institution at educational fairs and community events to build visibility.
