Implement and maintain automated test infrastructure and test suites.
Make informed decisions on manual vs. automated testing.
Design and execute non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).
Optimize test infrastructure and automation frameworks for performance and scalability.
Collaboration & Process Participation
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design discussions.
Review work items, provide technical guidance, and propose testing solutions.
Operate in Agile development teams, supporting design, development, testing, and debugging.
