Job Title: Key Account Manager – International Recruitment

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Recruitment Account Manager to manage key international client accounts, ensure successful hiring delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment along with proven experience in client relationship management and stakeholder handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related activities.
Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and business priorities.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Track hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client review meetings and provide hiring updates.
Ensure fulfillment of open positions within agreed timelines.
Handle client escalations and resolve concerns effectively.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation of client interactions.
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 PA + Incentives
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing Industry.
At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Handling.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
