About the Company

Magicine Pharma is hiring an experienced Medicine Procurement Executive for its online pharmacy operations. The candidate should have expertise in JIT procurement, indent planning, vendor management, and medicine sourcing across India.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical products.
Handle JIT inventory planning and indent preparation.
Source medicines from distributors and manufacturers across India.
Negotiate the best rates, schemes, and payment terms.
Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
Monitor inventory, expiry management, and alternate sourcing.

Requirements




4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement (preferably online pharmacy/e-pharmacy).
Robust knowledge of JIT inventory management and demand forecasting.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Positive understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Background

Experience in Online Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Distribution, Hospital Procurement, or Large Retail Pharmacy Chains.

We are looking for a proactive skilled who can build a cost-efficient, reliable procurement system while ensuring uninterrupted medicine availability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
