Salary: 20k to 25k CTC

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that the centre meets its financial goals, including budget management and revenue generation.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
Monitor and maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in the centre.
Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to ensure the centre is fully equipped.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Organize and supervise events, activities, and promotional campaigns to boost centre visibility and engagement.
