Job Description:
Manage projects from concept to completion – ensuring timelines, budgets & quality.
Lead & mentor a team of architects, designers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
Act as primary client contact – presentations, requirement gathering & satisfaction.
Develop and review design concepts ensuring compliance with codes & standards.
Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and align execution with design intent.
Maintain quality control & documentation for all deliverables.
Support business development and mentor junior team members.
Skills Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office & related tools.
Solid design sensibility, project management & client-handling skills.
Knowledge of building codes, Vastu, and design standards.
