Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loan Department: Retail Lending – Unsecured Loans Location: [Specify Location] Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Key Responsibilities:
Source unsecured business loan applications through direct sourcing, DSA, and referral partners.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and small business customers.
Understand business profiles and assess borrower needs to offer the right product fit.
Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursal of loan applications.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct preliminary credit checks and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.
Ensure strict compliance with KYC, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.




Track and monitor leads and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and recent customer segments.
Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–5 years of experience in unsecured loan sales.
Solid understanding of SME financing, income assessment, and lending processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in working with DSAs, connectors, or Fintech partners is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
