The Candidate should have knowledge of the following job responsibilities.

Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and update master construction schedules, weekly, and monthly look-ahead plans.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with procurement and site teams for resource planning

Quantity Surveying (QS) & Estimation:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs from GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings.
Prepare and update BOQ, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and cost estimations.
Conduct rate analysis for non-BOQ items and extra claims.

Billing & Certification:
Prepare monthly Client RA (Running Account) bills.
Verify and certify subcontractor bills and joint measurements.
Perform material reconciliation and track consumption to prevent wastage.
Finalize accounts and manage contract closure.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
