Key Responsibilities

Content Planning
Create a monthly content calendar.
Plan daily Instagram Stories and Reels.
Coordinate with the founder for campaign ideas.

Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels.
Edit YouTube Shorts.
Add captions, transitions, music and effects.
Produce trend-based videos.

Social Media
Upload posts and schedule content.
Write captions and hashtags.
Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.
Reply to comments and DMs when required.

Creative Direction
Guide models during shoots.
Suggest trending reel concepts.
Coordinate with photographer/videographer.
Plan festive campaigns.





Analytics
Monitor Instagram Insights.
Submit weekly reports.
Suggest improvements based on performance.
