JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Psychologist – Mental Health Facilitator

Position Overview:
The Psychologist is responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services across assigned institutions.
The role focuses on individual counselling, group sessions, workshops, life-skills training, and student wellness evaluations, while maintaining ethical standards, punctuality, and accurate documentation.
The Psychologist plays a frontline role in student support, early identification of distress, crisis response (under supervision), and effective use of the Self Talk Platform for service delivery and documentation.
The role also contributes to program-based module creation and mental health awareness content for digital platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:




Education Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology (Mandatory)
Experience Minimum 1+ year of counselling experience, Exposure to group work or workshops preferred Willingness to learn crisis-handling and institutional protocols
