What does the job entail?
Sales Strategy and Planning : Cascade and align the business plans of ABP and ensure effective implementation of the same.
To be the Key source to the Zonal Head for the achievement of business by providing superior channel understanding and appropriate support.
Achievement of Sales Objectives : Evaluate Prospects to maximize volume and growth to enable and achieve the same.
Ongoing monitoring ad review against the plan and take appropriate course corrections in focus and Key results areas of FLL.
Relationship Management : Hierarchy management of the field.Act as liasion for channel leadership for all the MIS requirements.
Risk Mitigation and Processes:
Efforts Done/projects undertaken to drive persistency and quality of Sales.
Work Experience
10–15 years of experience in life insurance agency channel / sales leadership
