Job Description: Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and handling podcast reels/videos. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, video editing, audience engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Convert podcast episodes into short-form engaging reels/videos for social media.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to create relevant content.
Run paid social media campaigns when required.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Engage with followers,



respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in creating podcast clips, reels, and promotional videos.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Solid knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Creative mindset with robust copywriting skills.
Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in personal branding, podcasts, or influencer marketing.
Knowledge of graphic design tools.
