Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Rack Helper to assist in maintaining store racks, arranging products, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and willing to work in a rapid-paced retail workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange and replenish products on store racks and cleaning the racks as per company standards.
Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and easily accessible to customers.
Check product labels, pricing, and shelf placement.
Refill empty shelves and maintain adequate stock availability.
Assist in unloading, loading, and shifting stock within the store.
Keep racks and aisles clean, neat, and free from obstructions.
Remove expired, damaged, or misplaced products from shelves and report them to the Store Manager.
Support inventory counting and stock audits whenever required.




Assist customers in locating products within the store.
Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Prior experience in a retail store, supermarket, warehouse, or grocery store is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills Required
Basic understanding of product handling and stock arrangement.
Physically fit and able to lift and move products.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
