The selected interns will be expected to contribute to the following functional areas:
Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source, screen, and coordinate prospective candidates.
Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate engagement processes.
Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance activities.
Support HR operations, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and qualified correspondence.
Deliver assigned recruitment and HR performance targets in alignment with organizational objectives.

This position operates under a target-based performance compensation framework. Compensation is variable in nature and directly linked to individual productivity, target achievement, and overall contribution to business objectives.

This role does not carry a fixed monthly salary structure. Earnings are performance-driven and will be determined based on measurable outcomes and target accomplishment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,260.08 per month
