Job Description

We are hiring Email Support Executives with excellent written English communication skills. The role involves handling customer queries via Voice, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer Voice professionally and accurately.
Resolve customer queries within the defined turnaround time.
Maintain high standards of grammar, quality, and customer service.
Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Eligibility




Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
