Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, monitoring, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Lead construction activities for high-rise residential towers up to 120 meters in height.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, approvals, and project commitments.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and construction quality.
Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contractors to achieve project milestones.
