Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be target-oriented, and passionate about helping students choose the right course and career path. The candidate should be able to build solid relationships with students and parents while ensuring a smooth admission experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Generate and manage leads through various channels.
Assist students with the application process, documentation, and admission formalities.
Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, and institute facilities to students.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.




Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.
Handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on counselling activities, leads, and conversions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
