Location: Ferozepur, Punjab

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, F&I;, Accessories, and Administration.
Achieve sales, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Drive business growth through retail, fleet, institutional, and rural sales.
Monitor dealership performance, financials, and operational KPIs.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards and statutory requirements.
Strengthen customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns.
Improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications
Graduate
10+ years of experience in automobile dealership operations.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (General Manager, Dealer Principal, COO, or equivalent).

Preferred

Experience with Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, Kia, Honda, or other leading passenger vehicle dealerships.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
