Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training and development programs.
Assist different departments with daily operational activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
Support managers in achieving departmental objectives.
Learn company policies, procedures, and business operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
