Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in pumps, mixers, agitators, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, and piping systems.
Install, align, dismantle, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
Replace worn or damaged mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains, valves, and gaskets.
Conduct routine lubrication and maintenance of rotating equipment.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Support equipment commissioning, modifications, and improvement projects.
Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams during maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and spare parts usage.
Ensure housekeeping standards in the workshop and production areas.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety procedures during maintenance.
Identify prospects to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,300.00 per month
