Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on ServiceNow experience, with robust exposure to IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM
Robust technical skills in Workflows/Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, UI Builder, Workspace
Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
Experience in scoped app development, automations, and integrations
Proficient in deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting
Ability to define epics, user stories, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow best practices
Strong collaboration, documentation,



and communication skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with deep knowledge of core platform features and secure application operations.
Expertise in architecture design, including data models, workflows, and access control configurations.
Skilled in analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
Hands-on experience in workflow customization, deployment, and setting management.
Ability to provide training, support, and pre-sales assistance within the ServiceNow domain.
