Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide information about the company's products and services.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including sending newsletters, promotional emails, and follow-up communication.
Maintain and update customer databases and email lists.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
Monitor campaign responses, generate basic performance reports, and maintain accurate records in CRM or spreadsheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
Maintain a qualified, courteous, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
