Job Purpose

Determination of the company’s in/out cargo actual weight

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context:

Responsible for the gate weighbridge including the check for the cargo (in/out) actual weight and feedback stores, sales, W.H, Custom and HRD.

Major Challenges:
SAP malfunction , decision taker in a critical situation

Supervision
Supervise the staff, equipment including problem solving. 10%

KRA2
Weighbridge inspection
Check for the weighbridge condition, to assure that there is no defect. 5 %

KRA3
SAP
Data entry the container information including the weight, container no., truck no., driver name on the SAP
Fill in the data of the container on the loading slip sheet. 70 %

KRA4
Cargo/container inspection
Responsible for identifying the cargo /container actual weight to be matching the loading slip sheet and SAP and to revert back to the responsible area in case of mismatching 15 %
