Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) General Diploma

- Well versed with project contract documents - Specs, Drawings, BOQ
- Coordination with Architects/Consultants for resolving document discrepancies
- Schedule of approvals follow up - Men, Material, Method statement, Mock Up
- As per assigned Monthly/Weekly targets, Detailing of days work - Planning & execution
- Putting up resource requirement & follow up
- Preparation of surface prior to activity commencement
- Execution of work ensuring workmanship, Quality, Safety, Timely completion
- Judicious utilization of company assets & resources
- Inspection with Client /Consultant for approvals of work done
- Protection of completed scope of works till handing over
- Snag identification, rectification & handing over to Client
- Documentation of Check lists, Material reconciliation, Productivity, Project Revisions




- Generation of reports on time on routine basis - Progress report, Material consumption, Vendor invoice certification.
- Site supervision & installation, testing and commissioning coordination of various high side equipment like Chillers, AHUs, CAHUs, FCUs.
- Site supervision & installation, testing and commissioning coordination of chilled water piping, ducting and ventilation system.
- Coordination with other MEP services and finishes activities at site.

This job requires:

- Ability to independently communicate with Clients in written and spoken English
- Ability to mentor and assist Junior Engineers
