As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.




- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to support automation and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
