Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing complex identity management operations, ensuring the reliability and security of authentication systems, and driving continuous improvement across Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and Oracle Identity Manager environments. The position empowers teams to deliver high-quality support, proactively addresses client requirements, and advances operational excellence through strategic leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the administration and optimization of identity management platforms using Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and Oracle Identity Manager to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available environments.
2. Oversee the implementation of IAM policies and controls by leveraging Active Directory Group Policy Objects and Oracle Identity Manager workflows to enforce robust access governance and user lifecycle management.
3. Direct and resolve complex incidents and escalations related to authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues using deep technical expertise in identity management tools.
4.



Mentor and guide operations teams by providing expert advice on best practices in identity management, supporting technical upskilling and knowledge sharing.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through detailed analysis of IAM processes, recommending and implementing automation or enhancements using PowerShell, scripting, or workflow tools.
6. Ensure compliance with client SLAs by monitoring operational metrics and reporting on system health, incident response, and service delivery performance.
7. Collaborate with project stakeholders to align IAM operations with organizational security and business objectives, supporting audits and risk assessments as required.

Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Skills In Configuring, Managing, And Troubleshooting Active Directory Environments, Including Group Policy, Domain Services, And Federation Services.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Oracle Identity Manager Administration, Workflow Configuration, And Integration.
3. Robust Expertise In Iam Process Automation Using Powershell Or Equivalent Scripting Languages.
4. InDepth Understanding Of Authentication Protocols (Ldap, Kerberos, Saml, Oauth) And Security Best Practices.
5. Excellent ProblemSolving, Leadership, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage HighComplexity Operational Issues.
