About the Role The Business Excellence Manager will lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the organization, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role will focus on process optimization, simplification, automation, standardization, and the implementation of best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across the organizationIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiencyDrive process simplification and automation initiativesConduct process mapping, work studies, time and motion studies, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S implementation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other problem-solving initiativesMonitor project progress and ensure timely implementation of improvement actionsTrack, analyze,



and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiativesDevelop, standardize, and continuously improve processes, SOPs, and best practicesTrain, mentor, and guide employees on Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesPromote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organizationQualifications
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 10+ years of relevant experienceIndustrial Engineering Certification (Mandatory)Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing Certification (Preferred)Required Skills
