Job Summary
Azure Security Architecture & Implementation
Design and implement security controls across Azure subscriptions and tenants
Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and Azure Security Center recommendations
Implement secure identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, PIM, and MFA

Threat Detection & Monitoring
Configure and manage Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) for threat detection, alerting, and incident response
Monitor logs using Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and integrated security tools
Investigate security alerts, perform root cause analysis, and support incident response activities

Cloud Security Posture & Compliance
Drive Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) by identifying misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and risks
Perform vulnerability assessments using CIS benchmarks, CVSS scoring, and Defender recommendations
Support compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS – as applicable to account)

Vulnerability & Endpoint Security
Manage endpoint and workload protection using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Coordinate vulnerability remediation with cloud, infra, and application teams
Track remediation progress and risk acceptance

Automation & DevSecOps




Automate security controls and reporting using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) where applicable
Support Infrastructure as Code (ARM / Bicep / Terraform) with secure baselines

Operations & Governance
Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for incident, change, and problem management
Participate in security reviews, audits, and customer governance calls
Maintain security documentation, runbooks, and SOPs

4. Foster Innovation By Integrating Recent Ideas And Processes In Cloud Security And Azure Active Directory To Support Organizational Progress And Improve Overall Efficiency.
5. Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Using Palo Alto And Azure Security Frameworks, Leading To Measurable Business Outcomes.
