Job Summary
Technical Support: Provide L3 support for DDI network issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex network problems related to Infoblox solutions.
Network Configuration: Configure and manage Infoblox appliances, ensuring optimal performance and security. This includes working with Infoblox NIOS, Grid Manager, and IPAM.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve network incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring service continuity.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance using tools like Infoblox Reporting and Analytics, Splunk, and Wireshark, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
