Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant to design, implement, and support end‑to‑end project management processes in SAP. The role involves managing project structures, planning, costing, budgeting, execution, and financial settlement to ensure effective control and visibility across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) for managing internal and customer projects.
Design and maintain:
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Networks and activities
• Milestones and project versions
Configure project cost planning, budgeting, availability control, and forecasting.
Manage project execution tracking including progress analysis and earned value.
Configure and support Results Analysis (RA) and Project Settlement.
Integrate SAP PS with:
• CO for cost management and controlling
• MM for procurement and project stock
• SD for customer/project billing
• FI for financial postings and settlements
Support reporting related to project costs, revenue, and progress.
Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and prepare functional design documents.
Assist technical teams with specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
Support testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT)



and go‑live activities.
Provide production support and continuous process improvement.
Support data migration activities for WBS, networks, and project history.
Act as an SME for PS‑related processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Project System (PS).
• Deep understanding of:
• Project planning and control
• Costing, budgeting, and settlement
• Project lifecycle management
• Experience integrating PS with FI, CO, MM, and SD.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA PS environments.
• Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders.

Other Requirements
Good to Have
• Experience with S/4HANA PS Fiori Apps.
• Exposure to Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, Capital Projects, or IT projects.
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition (EPM, RA, or Universal Allocation).
• SAP PS or S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in global implementations or rollouts.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
