As a Staff Quality Engineer, youll provide technical leadership and strategic direction for enterprisescale quality engineering across multiple applications and domains. This role designs and drives endtoend test automation strategies, advances automation frameworks (including Tricentis Tosca), AI use cases, and influences how quality is embedded throughout the SDLC using DevSecOps best practices. Acting as a subjectmatter expert, youll partner with Product, Engineering, Business, and Enterprise Automation teams to identify complex automation opportunities, guide architectural decisions, and prove new technologies through POCs. Beyond handson automation, youll mentor and coach QE engineers, lead complex defect triage and quality planning, and ensure alignment between quality outcomes, platform roadmaps, and enterprise delivery goals.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA.Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.Deliver endtoend automation coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.Maintain, enhance, and optimize reusable TOSCA modules,
