Reporting to a Vice-President, Product Manager, t his person gathers requirements and documents business processes to support the successful delivery of digital products and technology initiatives. They are able to demonstrate explicit lineage from requirements back to business outcomes and, ideally quantifiable relationships to key performance indicators (KPIs).nnThis role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in product management and enterprise technology within asset management. The successful candidate will be a trusted partners to business stakeholders and product managers by producing transparent requirements, improving delivery quality, and building deep business knowledge.



The candidate should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the presence to partner with senior stakeholders across engineering and the business.nnPrimary functions u0026nnresponsibilities Elicit and document business requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes and KPIs Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning. Support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.nnAnalyze business processes and recommend improvements. Assist with project documentation and meeting materials. Track action items and ensure follow-up with stakeholders. Develop subject matter expertise across client platforms.nnQualifications Experience u0026nnBackground 15 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.nnComfortable presenting to business and technology leaders Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.nnReporting RelationshipsnnPartner, Chief Information Officer There is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
