and regulatory processes to improve governance.nInteract with client stakeholders to discuss audit findings and closure plans.nSupport SOX/IFC testing, process documentation, and risk assessments where required.nnRequired SkillsnnStrong understanding of Internal Audit methodology.nExperience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, FinTech, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.nKnowledge of risk management and internal controls.nExperience with RCMs, SOPs, process mapping, and audit documentation.nFamiliarity with RBI/SEBI/AML/KYC regulations.nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.nGood working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and audit tools.nnPreferred QualificationsnnCA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com.nCIA, CISA, FRM, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage .
