and Administration.nnReview departmental KPIs and business performance regularly.nnIdentify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.nnImprove operational efficiency and cost optimization.nnDrive process improvements across all functions.nnReview departmental budgets and expenses.nnEnsure effective resource allocation.nnMentor department heads and senior managers.nnBuild a high-performance culture.nnDrive accountability and continuous improvement.nnEnsure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance.nnReview organizational policies and SOPs.nnMinimize operational risks.nnPresent monthly business reports and MIS to the Managing Director.nnReview project progress, sales performance, collections, recruitment, and customer satisfaction.nnQualificationsnnnnnMBA / PGDM / Engineering or equivalent.nn1520 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure.nnMinimum 810 years in a senior leadership role.nnStrong business acumen and leadership capabilities.nnSkills Required .
