The successful candidate will manage a team of Intelligent Automation and Support professionals , ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and resilient automated processes. The Intelligent automation team is transitioning to harness all automation technologies, Agentic AI, RPA, Python code etc.nnnHe/she shall establish team goals by evaluating, identifying u0026 understanding the business strategy and technical trends as well. The candidate must balance strong strategic leadership with a hands-on approach , stepping in to design or build complex processes using UiPath when required, while driving the adoption of advanced AI-powered automation features across the enterprise.nnnnnQualification u0026 Experience:nnnGraduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience in RPA, Automation and Software Engineering.nnnAt least 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in developing, architecting, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using the UiPath platform.nnnProven track record of managing teams of 10+ engineers, focusing on talent development, performance, and workload optimization.nnnProficiency in Service Delivery Management, Agile Project Management, and driving continuous process improvement.nnnSignificant experience with the AI side of UiPath, including deep knowledge of UiPath AI Center,



Document Understanding, Action Center, and integrating generative AI/LLMs into automation workflows.nnnStrong ability to work, influence, and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment, with specific experience collaborating with German and French counterparts.nnnKnowledge of French or German language is a strong plus.nnnExcellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical architectures and present them clearly to stakeholder management.nnnRisk-based approach, creative problem-solving, and an innovative mindset.nnnTeam player with a highly collaborative mindset.nnnnnKey ResponsibilitiesnnnHold the full responsibility to lead the RPA and Intelligent Automation team in the right direction to achieve operational success.nnnAct as a hands-on technical expert; guide the team on UiPath best practices (REFramework, Orchestrator deployment) and directly design or develop complex automation processes when project needs dictate.nnnDefine the automation product strategy, set clear objectives, and design the Intelligent Automation service roadmap.nnnDrive the adoption of advanced AI/ML capabilities within the UiPath ecosystem to solve complex, unstructured business problems.nnnManage resource capabilities and assignments for a team of professionals , balancing Airbus India internal resources and In-situ Suppliers.nnnPartner with German and French counterparts to align automation pipelines,



manage regional governance, and ensure smooth cross-border delivery.nnnGuides and supports the selection of appropriate automation technologies and tools, making informed "buy versus build" recommendations.nnnManage and lead the team on a day-to-day operational basis, driving continuous improvement in bot utilization, maintenance, and development velocity.nnnLead the team using a performance management and development process, identifying the right training programs for scaling UiPath and AI skillsets.nnnProvide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and coaching.nnnWork with the Human Resources Team to interview and recruit the right technical talent based on evolving business needs.nnnCoach, mentor, and empower the team to take ownership of their respective tracks, deliverables, and professional goals.nnnnnSuccess MetricsnnnSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:nnnConsistently ensuring the on-time delivery, scalability, and quality (first-time-right) of UiPath automations.nnnSuccessful integration and scaling of AI capabilities within existing and current RPA workflows.nnnDriving cost-effective solutions and optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the digital workforce.nnnBuilding strong cross-cultural bonding and alignment with European counterparts (German u0026 French business units).nnnAchieving high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) from business stakeholders.nnnnnThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth.nnnnnCompany:nnnAirbus India Private LimitednnnEmployment .
