Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.nnKey Responsibilities: Design and establish compensation frameworks and models to support compensation planning for the India business.n Execute industry compensation benchmarking surveys in collaboration with external market data providers.n Apply data analytics, statistical methods, and HR insights to evaluate compensation options and support business decision-making.n Analyze compensation and perks trends across the market and recommend enhancements to policies, systems, and processes.n Manage off-cycle compensation activities, including salary revisions, job leveling recommendations, and market analyses.n Partner with HR Business Partners, staffing consultants, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits while ensuring process compliance.n Execute the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, employee communication, guideline preparation, performance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.n Lead strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, hybrid work model implementation, compliance programs, and organizational projects while providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.nnRequired Skills and Experience:
