About the Role:nnThe Jr. Plant HR Business Partner role exists to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent execution of all HR processes at Plant level, translating People strategy and policies into daily Operational Delivery. The role acts as the first point of contact for managers and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, training execution, and People Experience on the shop floor. It safeguards operational continuity through disciplined HR administration and labour compliance. The role operates within defined frameworks, escalating strategic, complex, or industrial matters to the Plant People Business Partner.nnMain Responsibilities:nnHUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENTnn- - Supports Plant People Business Partner in recruitment, performance management and individual development plansn- Coordinates implementation of development actions agreed with line managersn- Provides data and follow through for organisational initiatives led by the Plant People BPn- Support the implementation of Group guidelines in the Plantn- Executes HR development processes for Plant employees in line with defined frameworks, e.g fine- tuning on existing structures, sizing / right sizing analysis, workload analysis and job assessmentn- HUMAN RESOURCES POLICYnn- - Implements Group and Plant HR policies at operational leveln- Ensures consistent understanding and application of policies by managers and employeesn- Supports roll out of HR guidelines and tools at Plant levelnnEscalates policy deviations or risks to the Plant People BPnn- HEALTH SAFETYnn- - Collaborates with HS Team in execution of people related HS policies and proceduresn- Supports the HS Team for training,
inductions and compliance documentationn- Supports the HS Team during local audits and reporting activitiesnnSupports HS in cascading the communication across the Plant workforcennBUDGET MANAGEMENT AND HR PLANNINGnn- - Supports Plant People Business Partner in Workforce Planning and Budget data preparation.n- Tracks HR related costs and supports periodic reportingn- Ensures accuracy of Plant workforce and cost datan- Supports analysis required for budgeting discussionsnnTALENT MANAGEMENTnn- - Coordinates performance appraisal and performance management cyclesn- Supports Plant People Business Partner in implementation of development and training actionsn- Tracks talent and performance data for Plant populationnnEnsures process timelines and documentation standards are metnnREWARD MANAGEMENTnn- - Executes compensation and benefits processes as per approved policiesn- Supports administration of salary review, incentives and perksn- Ensures accurate data and employee communicationnnSupports resolution of routine reward related queriesnnPEOPLE EXPERIENCEnn- - Supports rollout of People Experience initiatives at Plant leveln- Acts as a visible and accessible HR contact for employeesn- Supports engagement,
communication and feedback activitiesnnContributes to a positive and inclusive shop floor environmentnnRECRUITMENT AND HIRINGnn- - Manages end to end recruitment execution for Plant rolesn- Coordinates with hiring managers on interviews and selectionsn- Manages onboarding and local induction processesnnSupports internal mobility and staffing changes at Plant levelnnEMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND LABOUR NEGOTIATIONSnn- - Works closely with Plant People Business Partner and Industrial Relation Manager in resolving day to day employee relations and grievance handlingn- Supports Industrial Relations Manager in disciplinary processes and documentationn- Supports Industrial Relations Manager in fulfilling compliance with local labour laws and HR regulationsnnSupports employee communication and engagement activitiesnnAbout You:nnGraduation is must. MBA degree/diploma in HR is preferred with more than 7 years of work experiencenn- Prior experience in in lean manufacturing plant (automotive with WCM, TPM or other methodology) will be preferredn- Understanding of the Training Skill MatrixnnStrong knowledge of HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, including recruitment execution, onboarding, learning and development, rewards and recognition, organizational development, employee relations and HR administration. Sound understanding of HR Policies and Processes of manufacturing plant, knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations practices, with the ability to apply policies consistently on the shop floor. Working knowledge of HR systems, reporting, and workforce data management is required.
