- Create, Deliver and Process Monthly Fixed Asset and Lease Confirmationsn- Monitor and process fixed asset transactions as needed.n- Ensure timely and accurate transfer of account data from GL to Sub ledger.n- Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.n- Assist with Lease Database data entryn- Involve in technology upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting.n- Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.n- Review, analyze and approve invoices obtained from Fixed Asset Associaten- Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.n- Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure to Managers.n- Assist in financial audit and tax filing activities.n- Adhere to financial regulations and policies. .
