and user acceptance testing support.n- Review and execute manual and automated test cases across web applications, APIs, databases, and application-based platforms.n- Analyze test results, document findings, and ensure testing evidence is complete and accurate.n- Ensure QA documentation and test artifacts are maintained and updated with application changes. nnAutomation and Technical Testing nn- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java/JavaScript, JUnit, Robot Framework, or similar automation tools.n- Participate in automation scripting, test framework improvements, and reusable test asset development.n- Perform SOAP/REST API testing, SQL/database validation, XML/JSON validation, and backend data verification.n- Support app-based automation testing and cross-browser compatibility testing.n- Support load, performance, scalability, security, and availability testing activities. nnDefect Management and Production Support nn- Report defects, track issues, validate fixes, and support defect closure through the defect lifecycle.n- Perform root-cause analysis support for defects and production issues.n- Perform production support activities, including issue analysis, fix validation, regression testing, and release validation.n- Report defect status, testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to QA leads, managers, and project stakeholders.



nnCollaboration and Agile Delivery nn- Work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and technology teams during the project testing lifecycle.n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, test planning, defect triage, and retrospectives.n- Coordinate with development and business teams to analyze and resolve platform issues.n- Support continuous communication across QA, development, business, and project teams. nnProcess Improvement and Team Support nn- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, automation coverage, test data management, and overall product quality.n- Mentor junior QA team members on testing practices, automation standards, defect management, and documentation expectations.n- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, templates, and standards.n- Promote quality ownership, documentation discipline, and adherence to QA best practices. nnBasic Qualifications nn- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.n- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, test automation, or related technology roles.n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. nnRequired Qualifications nn- Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual and automated test cases.n- Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, API, database, and release validation testing.n- Experience with defect reporting, defect lifecycle management, retesting, and closure.n- Experience working with development, business, product, and technology teams during the project testing lifecycle.n- Working experience
