Role Overview: nnThe graphics and visual design manager will lead creative and visual design initiatives to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing materials across digital and print channels. This role is responsible for shaping the firms visual identity through compelling design, video content, and presentation materials, while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.nnThe ideal candidate combines strong creative leadership with hands-on design expertise, video editing capabilities, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnVisual Design u0026 Creative Executionnn- Lead the design and production of digital and print assets, including marketing collateral, campaign visuals, and branded materials including service sheets and one-pagers, brochures, ads, white papers/PDF reports, infographics and data visualizations, event collateral, posters, and internal communications materials.n- Develop visualization graphics (charts, diagrams, scorecards, timelines) to translate complex concepts and metrics into clear, executive-ready visuals for reports, presentations, and marketing.nn- Design and edit pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and leadership-level decks that ensure strong visual storytelling, clear hierarchy, and brand consistency.n- Create channel-specific visual assets such as hero graphics, email banners, and other campaign graphics for use across web, email, social media, and other marketing channelsnnVideo u0026 Motion Designnn- Support video editing initiatives, including marketing videos, brand stories, and internal/external communicationsn- Apply brand standards consistently across video, motion graphics,
